Bone Strong for Osteoporosis

Hi, I'm Holly Holland, former Journalist, Author, and Mom turned Master Pilates and Yoga Teacher. For more than a dozen years, I've helped people with all levels of physical conditioning move and feel better and recover from injuries and chronic illnesses, through targeted exercise programs.

Because of the high demand for my services at Holly's Pilates Village, Louisville's largest Pilates and Yoga studio, I've created a way to extend my teaching throughout the world. Now you can practice with me whenever and wherever you are.
